About Rasika
Rasika Gamage founded PayToolkit and builds and maintains its calculators, guides and data pages. His background is in electronics: he worked as a service engineer before building PayToolkit, and that way of working shapes the site — calculators are tested at the points where rates and thresholds change, results are checked against official figures, and any mistake is fixed everywhere it appears and recorded in the editorial policy.
