What we store

When you're signed in, PayToolkit stores the following in your account, so it's there next time you log in from any device:

• Income entries you log (amount, date, description)
• Expense entries you log (amount, date, category, description)
• Mileage entries you log (amount, date)
• Your email address and display name, for sign-in

We never sell this data. As a guest (not signed in), nothing is stored beyond your own device. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

Export all my data

Download everything stored on your account — every income, expense and mileage entry, not just this tax year — as a CSV file.

Delete my account & data

This permanently deletes your income, expense and mileage entries and closes your account. This cannot be undone.
